Why to Use a REALTOR®

REALTORS® bring experience, furnish valuable opinions and provide wise counsel to their buyers and sellers in the real estate transaction.

All real estate licensees are not the same.  Only real estate licensees who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®.  A REALTOR® has taken extra steps to become a member of an association of real estate professionals that adheres to a strict Code of Ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.

Using the services of a REALTOR® allow you to commit your time and energy to what you choose, instead of worrying about the details of your real estate transaction.
